We had our 1960’s pink tiled outdated bathroom and our kitchen totally gutted to the studs and completely remodeled by Bobby. We are pleased with his work experience and time efficiency to cover both major jobs! The work is beautiful especially my stone wall in the kitchen that we had him add. Being a new homeowner and needing to have construction work done can be very scary. Especially, after hearing the horror stories about contractors! You know, the lack of timeliness, poor work quality, leaving on the job, etc. So, I was very skeptical when I had to look for someone to redo my basement. Then enters B3 Contracting's Bob Dean. Bob was a pleasure to work with and now I wouldn’t dream of going to anyone else to have construction work done! He was immaculate and went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable in making the right remodeling decisions. He even recommended additional fixes that did not benefit him at all! B3 crew removed a 6 foot wooden fence and assembled a new four foot composite fence on our property this summer. They were very aware of the mess and kept it cleaned up at all times while removing the old fence. Communicated on a daily basis on the progress. The BEST part is the beautiful trellis Bob custom made for me with a gate leading into our yard. We would highly recommend them for your next construction job.

I would highly recommend B3 Contracting! They have done two jobs for my home, and I’m sure I will go back to them again with any further needs. In 2017, they worked with me in placing a stone façade on a living room wall, and I was so impressed with their price and craftmanship that I went back to them in 2019 when I wanted to finish my basement. Their work was impressive. Bobby communicated with me every step of the way, taking a drawing I had sketched on a piece of notebook paper and turning it into a three-room living space. He was able to adapt on the fly to any changes I had in mind, and he used a lot of creativity in hiding problem areas in my space, like covering a sump-pump with a closet area and concealing crawl space openings with windows. When the planning began, I told them I would like to handle some of the finishing work, like installing flooring and the floor moldings, and their willingness to work with me on this was an essential element in hiring them. What’s more, their timing was on the money. As a teacher, I knew I had all summer to complete the project. They told me they would have their part done in less than a month so I could begin in June, and they actually finished a few days ahead of schedule. I couldn’t be happier with the work they did or the communication they kept with me during the project. To top it off, they returned – no questions asked – to replace a ceiling light they had installed that burnt out after a couple months! Now that is customer service.
